改革开放40年来党的建设进程和基本经验

摘要
改革开放40年来,党的建设在改革创新中不断推进。中国共产党在每一发展时期,都根据世情、国情和党情,提出党建主题,采取必要措施,开展相应活动。改革开放初期,重在进行党的制度建设;苏联和东欧剧变后,着力开展党的先进性建设;进入新世纪后,强调抓党的执政能力建设;党的十八大以来,突出抓党的纯洁性建设。党的建设进程表明,党从未忽视或放松党的建设,那种否定党的建设取得进展和成效的观点是不对的。改革开放以来党的建设的基本经验有:坚持和改善党的领导是目的和主脉;把握好全局与重点的关系是路径和举措;坚持全面从严治党是原则和保障;加强党的思想建设是根本和基础。
Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up, Party building has been advancing in the process of reform and innovation. In each period of the development, according to the conditions of the world, the country and the Party, the Communist Party of China puts forward the theme of Party building, takes necessary measures and carried out corresponding activities. In the early stage of the reform and opening-up, emphasis was placed on the Party's system building; after the drastic changes in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, efforts were made to develop the Party's advanced nature building; after entering the new century, emphasis was laid on the Party's governance ability building; and since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Party, special stress was put on strengthening the Party's purity building. The process of Party building shows that the Party has never neglected or relaxed Party building. It is a wrong view to deny the progress and effectiveness that have been achieved in Party building. Since the reform and opening-up, the basic experiences of Party building include: adhering to and improving the Party's leadership is the purpose and main line; grasping the relationship between the overall situation and the key points is the path and measure; upholding strict self-governance over the Party in every respect is the principle and guarantee; strengthening the Party's ideological building is the root and foundation.
