智慧公安建设背景下的街面执法人才培养研究

摘要
大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术的发展为公安机关的执法管理活动提供了极大便利,公安信息化建设逐步升级为智慧公安建设。智慧公安建设的逐步推进必然会影响街面执法人员的执法方式和执法效率。在分析实践对街面执法需求的基础上,探索街面执法人才培养的新思路,具有现实意义。
The development of technologies such as big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence has provided great convenience for law enforcement and management activities of public security organs, and the construction of police informatization is upgraded to that of smart policing. The gradual promotion of the smart policing construction will inevitably affect the law enforcement methods and efficiency of street law enforcement officers. Based on the analysis of the practical needs of streetlevel general law enforcement, this paper explores a new way of thinking in training the general police talents in street law enforcement.
