全面二孩政策对泰州市市民生育意愿的影响分析

摘要
党的十八届五中全会提出"完善人口发展战略,全面实施一对夫妇可生育两个孩子政策",借此来优化人口结构,增加劳动供给。但是人口数量的增加很大程度上取决于生育意愿,因此,研究分析影响生育意愿的因素就显得特别重要。文章通过对全面二孩政策实施后泰州市市民生育意愿影响因素的分析,结果得出受性别、年龄、照顾资源、目标因素、阻碍因素等多方面影响。提出从宏观和微观两个视角来提高全面二孩生育意愿,促进生育意愿转换为生育行为,从而确保全面二孩政策得到有效实施。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to improve the population development strategy and implement the policy of one couple having two children in an all-round way so as to optimize the population structure and increase the labor supply. However, the increase of population depends largely on fertility intention, so it is particularly important to study and analyze the factors affecting fertility intention. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of Taizhou citizens' fertility desire after the implementation of the comprehensive two-child policy, the results show that it is influenced by gender, age, care resources, goal factors, obstacles and other factors. It is proposed that the comprehensive second-child policy can be effectively implemented by improving the overall second-child bearing desire from the macro and micro perspectives and promoting the transformation of the fertility desire into the reproductive behavior.
