健康信息服务的供给侧结构性改革研究

摘要
【目的/意义】本文将供给侧结构性改革理论延伸到健康信息服务领域,研究了国家健康战略实施下的健康信息组织与利用形态变革,能为促进和优化健康信息服务提供方案。【方法/过程】本文基于健康信息服务的供给内容、方式与对象,对供给主体改革的驱动因素进行归纳总结。在厘清健康信息服务供给侧结构性改革驱动因素的基础上,为提升供给侧改革的成效,本文指出了改革的基本路径与具体措施。【结果/结论】健康信息服务供给侧结构性改革的驱动因素包括健康信息内容结构变化、健康信息媒介日趋多元、健康信息搜寻意愿提升;基本路径包含面向健康信息传播链的供给侧结构性改革等;具体措施涉及健康信息服务供给力度增强,健康信息服务供给质量控制,以及着力精准健康信息服务供给。
【Purpose/significance】The paper extends the supply-side structural reform theory to the field of health information service, examines the organization of health information and the morphological change of using under the national health strategy, and put forward new programs on health information service.【Method/process】From the perspectives of supply content, supply method and supply target, this paper summarizes the three driving factors of health information service supply-side structural reform. On the basis of clarifying the driving factors of health information service supply-side structural reform, this paper points out the basic directions about health information service reform.【Result/conclusion】The driving factors of health information service supply-side structural reform contain health information media change, the improvement of health information search intention and the change of health information content structure. The basic paths embody reforming supply-side structures based on the health information communication chain, etc. The path includes strengthening the supply of health information service, controlling the quality of health information service supply, and focusing on the supply of precision health information service. In order to improve the effectiveness of supply side reform.
