高校科技成果服务地方经济发展的现状及转化途径分析

摘要

高校是科技成果生产的重要基地,科技成果转化是高校与社会接轨的重要渠道,对经济发展有着重要的积极作用。文章分析高校科技成果与地方经济发展的关系,采用统计分析、访谈调查等方法以陕西省为例,分析了科技成果转化的现状,总结了现状中存在的成果转化率低、科学研究功利性等问题,结合现状给出了加强科技成果转化服务地方经济发展的四个途径。
        Universities are important bases for the production of scientific research achievements. The transformation of scientific research achievements is an important channel for universities to connect with society, and plays an important positive role in economic development. This paper analyzes the relationship between university scientific research achievements and local economic development. Taking Shaanxi Province as an example, the paper analyzes the current situation of transformation of scientific research achievements by means of statistical analysis and interview investigation, and summarizes the problems existing in the present situation, such as low conversion rate of achievements, scientific research utilitarianism,etc. Combined with the present situation, four ways to strengthen the transformation of scientific research achievements and serve the development of local economy are given.
