摘要
为分析卷烟叶组配方中烟叶化学成分变化对配方维护的影响,以因子分析、曲线拟合、距离相关分析、聚类分析方法对贵州中烟工业有限责任公司2017年产品卷烟A,共13个维护配方叶组的烟叶化学成分进行了分析。结果表明:(1)各维护配方的化学成分因子综合得分曲线可作为配方化学成分与感官品质的定量表达形式,且便于配方维护后期的评价追溯。(2)通过化学成分因子综合得分的距离相关分析,可明确各维护配方间化学成分的差异大小,并可对各维护配方的适宜程度进行直观判断和数值比较。(3)在日常卷烟叶组配方维护的过程中,运用因子综合得分聚类分析,能够对保持该卷烟叶组配方化学成分的稳定性和初始特征提供支撑。
        In order to investigate the influences of chemical component variation in blended tobacco on cigarette blend maintenance, the chemical components in blended tobacco of 13 maintained blends of cigarette brand A manufactured by China Tobacco Guizhou Industrial Corporation in 2017 were analyzed by means of factor analysis, curve fitting, distance correlation analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that: 1) The comprehensive score curve of chemical component factors of each maintained blend could represent quantitatively the chemical components and sensory quality of the cigarette blend to facilitate the retrospective evaluation at the later stage of blend maintenance. 2) Through the distance correlation analysis of comprehensive score of chemical component factors, the extent of the difference between the chemical components in the maintained blends could be determined, and the fitness of each maintained blend could be judged intuitively and compared numerically. 3) In the long term of daily cigarette blend maintenance, the cluster analysis of factor comprehensive score could provide supports for maintaining the consistency and initial characters of chemical components in tobacco blends.
