摘要
为研究不同齿面圆心角锡林对精梳半成品及产品质量的影响,介绍齿面圆心角为90°,110°,130°棉精梳机锡林的特点,对比分析其总齿数、齿条排列、齿密变化、梳理时间、梳理隔距;在相同工艺条件下使用JSFA2188型精梳机与3种规格的齿面圆心角锡林,分析纺CJ 14.6tex纱的精梳条、细纱、100km管纱质量试验测试数据。指出:齿面圆心角增大,有利于锡林总齿数增加、齿密平稳分布和梳理时间的延长;在精梳工艺条件不变时,增大齿面圆心角能提高梳理效能和产品质量,且以130°锡林的梳理效果好、产量高;JSFA2188型精梳机可满足梳理工艺广适性的要求。
        In order to make clear the effect of cylinder teeth with varieties of surface radius angle on combed semi-finished products and quality of the same,introduction is made to the characteristics of combing cylinder teeth with surface radius angles of 90°,110°and 130°.Comparative analysis is done to the cylinders regarding total number of the teeth,wire setting,change of tooth density,carding time and carding gauge.It is recommendable to use combing frame JSFA2188 with cylinder teeth of three specifications of surface radius angles under the same technological conditions.Analysis is also done to the quality test data of combed sliver,spun yarn,tube yarn with 100 km length of yarn CJ 14.6 tex.It is pointed out that the increase of the surface radius angle of the teeth is beneficial to the increase of the total number of the cylinder teeth,the smooth setting of the wire and the extension of the carding time;provided that the carding process conditions keep unchanged,the increase of the surface radius angle of the cylinder tooth can improve the carding efficiency and product quality,and the carding effect of cylinder with the surface radius angle of 130°is good and the output is high;the combing frame JSFA2188 can meet the requirements of the wide application of the carding process.
