摘要
文章从人口、经济、社会、压力、状态5个方面构建城市化与生态环境测度指标体系,采用单因素方差和权重系数法对伊宁市城市化和生态环境综合指数进行计算,并运用耦合协调度模型对其城市化与生态环境的耦合协调度进行判别分析。结果表明:伊宁城市化经历了缓慢发展期、高速发展期、快速推进期3个阶段,城市化子系统和各系统要素呈现波动上升趋势;生态环境子系统和系统各要素之间具有较高的趋同性,处于波动上升趋势,总的发展态势呈现"M"型;城市化与生态环境的耦合状态呈现指数函数增长,城市化发展长期滞后于生态环境水平,导致耦合协调度较低,在耦合类型上经历了中度失调、轻度失调、濒临失调和勉强协调4个发展阶段,城市化与生态环境综合指数的差距逐渐缩小,耦合协调度趋向良好状态发展。
        The index system of urbanization and ecological environment measurement was constructed from five aspects including population, economy, society, pressure and status. The single factor variance and weight coefficient method were used to calculate the comprehensive index of urbanization and eco-environment in Yining, Xinjiang Autonomous Region, and the coupling coordination degree model was used to discriminate the coupling degree between urbanization and ecological environment. It is show that the urbanization has experienced 3 stages, that is, slow development stage, high speed development stage and rapid advance stage. The urbanization subsystem and system elements show an upward trend of volatility. There is a high degree of convergence between the subsystems of ecosystem and systems, in the trend of fluctuation, the overall development trend is "M". The coupling state of urbanization and ecological environment presents exponential function growth, the development of urbanization has lagged behind the level of ecological environment for a long time, resulting in a low degree of coupling coordination. With the aspect of the coupling type, it experienced four stages, including moderate maladjustment,mild maladjustment, imbalances and barely coordinated, the gap between urbanization and ecological environment is narrowing gradually, and the degree of coupling and coordination tends to develop in a good state.
