摘要
随着MBD技术在飞机研制过程中的广泛应用,MBD模型逐渐成为产品设计、制造、检验、维修等环节的唯一依据。但目前各主机厂所采用的检验方法和手段仍然比较落后,无法适应技术发展的需要。介绍了利用激光测距进行基于模型的飞机部件数字化检验的检验方法,给出了飞机部件数字化检验流程以及数字化检验的关键业务环节,包括检验模型的创建、测量场的构建和检验数据处理,最后给出相应的应用案例,为基于模型的飞机部件数字化检验提供指导。
        With the MBD technology widely used in aircraft development,MBD model is becoming the only basis of product designing,manufacturing,inspecting etc. But the inspection methods that the main aircraft manufacturing factories adopted are still backward,which can not meet the requirements of MBD developing. A model-based digitizing inspection method that utilizing laser telemeter is proposed for aircraft assembly inspection. Then it provides digitizing inspection process and the key inspection links,which includes inspection model founding,measuring field planning and inspection data handling. Finally the using case is provided for guiding the application of model-based inspection technology.
