以习近平新时代党建思想为引领 全面加强和改进高校党的建设的实践与思考

摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕"如何做好新时代党的建设工作"这个根本问题发表了一系列重要论述,形成了习近平新时代党建思想。习近平新时代党建思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是推进新时代党的建设的直接指导思想,其中,围绕高校党建工作提出了许多新理念、新论断、新要求,体现了中国共产党人对办好中国特色社会主义大学的新思考,为全面提高高校党建工作规范化、科学化水平提供了新的理论依据。高校肩负着培养中国特色社会主义合格建设者和接班人的重大使命,在具体实践中,要以习近平新时代党建思想为引领,全面贯彻党的教育方针,坚持社会主义办学方向,加强党对高校的领导,扎根中国大地办好高等教育。
Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has published a series of important expositions on the fundamental issue of "how to do a good work in the Party building in the new era" and formed the thought of Party building in Xi Jinping′s new era.Xi Jinping′s thought of Party building in the new era is an important part of Xi Jinping′s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It is the direct guiding ideology for promoting the Party building in the new era.Among them,many new ideas,new theories and new requirements are put forward around the Party building work in colleges and universities.The Chinese Communists′ new thinking on running a socialist university with Chinese characteristics has provided a new theoretical basis for comprehensively improving the standardization and scientific level of Party building in colleges and universities.Colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating qualified socialist builders and successors with Chinese characteristics.In specific practice,we should take Xi Jinping′s new era of Party building as the guide,fully implement the Party′s educational policy,adhere to the direction of socialist education,and strengthen the Party′s leaders,rooted in China′s land to run higher education.
