影响笔迹特征的书写工具因素分析

摘要
书写工具是完成书写活动必不可少的外界条件之一。毛笔、钢笔、铅笔、圆珠笔、签字笔是几种常见的书写工具,同一人使用不同种类的书写工具,其书写的机制会有所不同,书写过程中产生的动作变化亦有不同,导致笔痕、运笔、书写水平等笔迹特征变化的情形也不同。在涉及检材字迹与样本字迹为多种书写工具书写的笔迹鉴定案件中,准确鉴别书写工具,对于分析笔迹特征的变化原因,进而作出准确的鉴定意见具有重要作用。
Writing tool is one of the essential external conditions of the writing activities. Brush pen, pen, pencil,ball-point pen, Gel pen are several common tools for writing. The writing mechanism is different when one person uses different types of writing tools, and also generated different action variation. This leads to different changes of handwriting characteristics, such as characteristic of stroke mark, stroke motion and writing level. In handwriting identification cases that questionable or known samples are written in different writing tools, accurate identification of writing tools and analysis of the cause of changes of handwriting characteristic are important to draw an accurate conclusion.
