摘要
在对企业网络能力和生态位进行维度划分的基础上,将企业生态位类型划分为幼稚型、专业型、竞争型、规模型和理想型五种,并阐述了其优化路径。以广西博世科环保科技股份有限公司为例进行案例分析,揭示了网络能力对新兴技术企业生态位动态优化的影响机理。结果表明:案例企业的生态位动态优化过程是幼稚型—专业型—规模型—理想型,该过程中各维度能力通过循环发展调整创新网络的密度、宽度和重叠度,改变生态位生存状态,使生态位得到动态优化
        Based on the dimension classification of network capacity and ecological niche,this paper divides ecological niche of enterprise into five types,namely infantile,professional,competitive,large-scale and ideal,and elaborates the optimization paths of them.It takes Guangxi Bossco Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.as the example,it analyzes the influence mechanism of network capacity on the dynamic optimization of ecological niche in emerging technology enterprise.The results indicate that the process of dynamic optimization of ecological niche in Bossco is from infantile,professional,large-scale to ideal,in which each dimension of ability adjusts the density,width and overlap of innovation network through cycle development,and changes the survival status of the niche,and optimizes the ecological niche.
