河南省产业与就业结构的灰色关联度实证分析

摘要
针对产业与就业结构内在关系,运用灰色关联度模型对2007—2016年河南省产业及就业结构数据进行处理,并根据模型结果对河南省产业与就业结构协调性进行分析。总体上,河南省产业与就业结构出现一定程度的背离,第一二产业协调性较差,三次产业协调性相对较好,但仍有待提高。
The data of industry and employment structure in Henan Province from 2007 to 2016 were processed by using the gray correlation model, aiming at the internal relationship between industrial and employment structures.Based on the results of the model, the coordination between the industrial and employment structures in Henan Province was analyzed. Generally, the industrial and employment structure in Henan Province have deviated to a certain extent. The primary and secondary industries were relatively poorly coordinated, the coordination of the tertiary industry was relatively good, but still needing improvement.
