瓦斯顺层钻孔抽采径向膨胀主动承压注浆封孔技术研究

摘要
针对王坡煤矿瓦斯抽采钻孔的封孔工艺存在一定的缺陷,导致不少钻孔出现封堵不严、钻孔漏气,从而导致瓦斯抽采效率低下,回采工作面瓦斯抽采效果不理想,为解决这一问题,基于钻屑法研究确定合理的封孔长度为12.0 m,采用恒达封孔材料和径向膨胀主动承压式注浆封孔工艺,应用WGC-II型瓦斯抽采管道气体参数测定仪现场观测,结果表明,封孔效果得到很大的提高,取得了理想的瓦斯抽采效果。
        Gas drainage in Wangpo Mine with certain defects due to the sealing process of the drilling, resulted in a lot of drilling hole sealing lax, drilling leakage, making the gas drainage efficiency low, and poor gas drainage. In order to solve this problem, based on the drill cutting method, it was determined that the reasonable sealing length was 12.0 m, and the WGC-II type was applied by using Hengda sealing material and radial expansion active pressure type grouting sealing technology. On-site observation of the gas sampling instrument of gas extraction pipeline showed that the sealing effect was greatly improved and the ideal gas drainage effect was obtained.
