医用耗材准入的管理与实践

摘要
目的:探讨医用耗材准入的制度,为医疗机构科学、合法、规范、合理、有效地准入医用耗材提供参考。方法:确定准入耗材的范围,在江苏省公共资源交易网集采平台的耗材目录基础上,依托医院OA系统,导入产品价格、技术标准、服务水平等重要参数,建立信息化准入制度。结果:准入制度的实施,降低了管理成本,提升了管理效率,控制了耗材品规,降低了耗占比。结论:医用耗材准入管理是医用耗材质量控制管理的重要组成部分,对其管理规范化、制度化可提高医疗水平,减轻患者经济负担,促进医院可持续发展。
Objective To explore the system and process of medical consumables access, and to provide references for medical facilities to access medical consumables scientifically, legally, normatively, reasonably and effectively. Methods An informatization access institution was established by determining the ranges of consumables based on the catalog from Jiangsu Public Resource Trading Platform and introducing key parameters such as price, technical standard, service with hospital OA system.Results The institution developed contributed to decreasing management cost, increasing working efficiency, standardizing consumables specifications and lowering consumables ratio. Conclusion Access management of medical consumables is an important part of quality control and management of medical consumables, and its standardization and institutionalization are of great importance for medical safety and quality.
