摘要
就目前而言,我国学前儿童的营养状况相较从前有了很大改进。学龄前儿童的营养状况主要面临两个问题,一是营养不良,另一方面是营养过剩。学龄前儿童的营养状况这一问题要追溯至其膳食营养摄入的平衡以及饮食方式上,在不同地区,不同的生活水平和家庭状况也从多方面影响着学龄前儿童的营养状况。因此,针对不发达地区和发达地区,分别对其儿童营养教育展开研究才能找到最为合适的解决方式。
At present, the nutritional status of preschool children in China has been greatly improved. The nutritional status of preschool children mainly faces two problems, one is malnutrition, the other is overnutrition. The nutritional status of preschool children can be traced back to the balance of dietary intake and dietary patterns, in different areas, different living standards and family conditions also affect the nutritional status of preschool children in many ways. Therefore, in view of the underdeveloped areas and the developed areas, the most appropriate solution can be found only by carrying out research on their children's nutrition education.
