超声引导在外周静脉采血困难患儿中的应用研究

摘要
目的探讨超声引导在外周静脉采血困难患儿中的应用。方法选择青岛大学附属医院PICU 3～14周岁外周静脉采血困难患儿80例,随机分为实验组、对照组各40例。实验组采用超声引导下外周静脉采血,对照组采用盲穿法进行外周静脉采血。记录两组一次穿刺采血成功率、穿刺采血总成功率、穿刺采血针数、穿刺采血总针数。结果实验组和对照组一次穿刺采血成功率分别为95%和40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);穿刺采血总成功率分别为100%和90%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);穿刺采血针数分别为(1.05±0.22)针和(1.83±0.22)针,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);穿刺采血总针数分别为42针和66针,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导在外周静脉采血困难患儿中的应用,可以显著提高一次穿刺采血成功率、穿刺采血总成功率,明显减少穿刺采血针数和穿刺采血总针数。
Objective To investigate the application of ultrasound guidance in children with difficulties in peripheral venous blood collection.Methods This study selected 3 years to 14 years old children with poor vascular blood collection conditions in PICU of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from March 2017 to July 2018,80 cases were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group,control group of 40 cases each.The experimental group was given the peripheral Venous blood collection under the guidance of ultrasound, and the control group was given the traditional blind venous blood collection method. One-time blood collection success rate,the total blood collection success rate, the number of venous blood collection puncture needles, the total number of venous blood collection puncture needles of the two groups were recorded.Results One-time blood collection success rate in the experimental group and the control group were respectively 95% and 40%(P<0.05),the total blood collection success rate were respectively 100% and 90%(P<0.05),the number of venous blood collection puncture needles were respectively(1.05±0.22)times and(1.83±0.22)times(P<0.05),the total number of venous blood collection puncture needles were respectively 42 times and 66 times.Conclusion The application of ultrasound guidance in children with difficulties in peripheral venous blood collection could significantly improve one-time blood collection success rate,the total blood collection success rate,significantly reduce the number of venous blood collection puncture needles, the total number of venous blood collection puncture needles.
