盐酸替罗非班联合低分子肝素对急性下肢深静脉血栓的效果及安全性分析

摘要
目的研究治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓应用盐酸替罗非班联合地分析肝素的临床效果及安全性。方法将该院诊治的70例急性下肢深静脉血栓的患者作为该次的观察对象并平均分为两个小组,对照组血栓患者使用单一的低分子肝素进行治疗,观察组血栓患者使用低分子肝素联合盐酸替罗非班进行治疗,比较两组血栓患者的治疗效果。结果对照组血栓患者的治疗有效率为62.9%,观察组血栓患者的治疗有效率为91.4%,两组患者的临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓使用盐酸替罗非班联合低分子肝素进行治疗的临床效果显著,具有较高的安全性,是一项值得推广的应用。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of tirofiban hydrochloride in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Methods 70 patients with acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity were treated in our hospital and were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with single low molecular weight heparin. Low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) combined with tirofiban hydrochloride was used to treat thrombus patients in the observation group. Results The effective rate of thrombus treatment was 62.9 in the control group and 91.4 in the observation group. The difference of clinical efficacy was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of tirofiban hydrochloride combined with low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity is significant, and it is safe and worthy to be popularized.
