公安院校侦查专业能力培养的薄弱环节及对策——以学生毕业实习反馈意见为切入点

摘要
当前公安院校侦查学专业普遍重视的是学生政治素质、业务素质、身体素质和文化素质的培养,特别是侦查业务素质和能力的培养。但是,从学生毕业实习反馈的情况看,学生普遍感觉到自身在人际交往能力、非常态条件下侦查能力等方面的不足。对此,公安院校侦查学专业应强化以下能力的培养:一是人际交往能力;二是非常态条件下的侦查能力;三是侦查过程中的耐力;四是情绪控制和调节能力;五是自我学习能力等。
At present, public security colleges generally attach importance to the cultivation of political quality, professional quality, physical quality and cultural quality of students majoring in criminal investigation,especially the cultivation of their investigation professional quality and ability. However, according to the feedback from students' graduation practice, students generally feel that they lack the abilities of interpersonal communication and investigation under abnormal conditions. Therefore, the following abilities should be strengthened in the investigation specialty in public security colleges. They are interpersonal communication ability, investigation ability under abnormal conditions, endurance in the investigation process, emotional control and regulation ability, and self-learning ability.
