摘要
信息化时代背景下,随着大数据、云计算、人工智能技术的发展及其带来的产业升级和经济社会转型等,必然对警务机制产生重大影响,其中每位民警的职责、岗位和勤务方式、工作方法,乃至整个公安机关的体制、机制和警务流程都可能发生重大变化。建立派出所综合执法民警职业发展规划具有重要的现实意义。
        In the background of information era, the development of big data, cloud computation, AI technology is sure to upgrade related industries and to bring about economic and social transformation,which will inevitably have great effects on policing mechanisms. Accordingly, every policeman's duties,post, duty-performing mode, working methodology or even police agencies' systems, mechanisms or policing procedures may witness significant changes. Thus, it is practically important to make a comprehensive law enforcement officers' career development plan in police stations.
