安徽省区域产业结构与就业结构协调性研究

摘要
产业结构与就业结构存在高度相关性,产业结构与就业结构的协调性关系到一个地区经济能否健康发展。通过结构偏离度、比较劳动生产率和就业弹性的分析,研究安徽省及其四大区域产业结构与就业结构的协调性,借此得出促进安徽省经济健康发展的有效结论。
There is a high correlation between industrial structure and employment structure. The coordination between industrial structure and employment structure is concerned with the healthy development of regional economy. Through the analysis of structural deviation degree, comparative labor productivity and employment elasticity, this paper studies the coordination between industrial structure and employment structure in Anhui Province and its four regions, and draws some effective conclusions for promoting the healthy development of economy in Anhui Province.
