摘要
在经济全球化的背景下,现代企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,就要在各个环节做好创新。人力资源开发与管理作为企业运转中的重要一部分,对企业的发展有着重要的影响。论文主要对人力资源开发的目的、人力资源开发的基本准则、企业人力资源开发的风险以及人力资源开发途径做了简要论述,以供参考。
Under the background of economic globalization, if modern enterprises want to stand firm in the fierce market competition, they need to innovate of every links. As an important part of the operation of enterprises, human resource development and management has an important impact on the development of enterprises. This paper mainly discusses the purpose of human resource development, the basic principles of human resource development, the risks of enterprise human resource development and the ways of human resource development, for reference.
