大数据时代透明社会的伦理治理

摘要
大数据技术持续变革必然导致透明社会的形成。透明社会的形成必将产生诸如隐私威胁、犯过错误的人难以返回正常的社会生活、全面监控而不自由、大限制和被设计被选择等伦理困境。从根本上说,透明社会的伦理困境是由于人类滥用大数据技术所致。为了实现大数据时代的顺利发展,我们有必要对大数据时代的透明社会伦理困境进行必要的治理,要求树立正确的功利观、积极弘扬人文精神、不断建立健全相关伦理制度规范和弘扬社会美德。
The continuous revolution of big data technology will inevitably lead to the formation of transparent society. The formation will inevitably lead to ethical dilemmas,such as the threat of privacy,the difficulty of returning to normal social life,the overall monitoring but no freedom,the large limit,being chosen and designed,etc. Fundamentally,the dilemmas are due to big data technology being abused by human beings. In order to achieve the smooth development in big data era,it is necessary for us to govern the transparent society's ethical dilemma. We need establish a correct utilitarian view,actively carry forward the humanistic spirit,establish and improve the norms of the related ethical system and carry forward the virtue ethics.
