皮肤病脏腑辨证的联系数学模型在临床中的应用初探

摘要
目的从数学建模角度探讨皮肤病基于脏腑辨证论治的一般规律,以期提高中医药辨证论治皮肤病的疗效。方法先根据集对分析理论,提出用区间数作为联系分量的五元联系数为五脏六腑辨证用数学建模,根据五元联系数内涵和依据脏腑理论治疗皮肤病的临床经验定义模型和应用模型。结果借助基于集对分析的脏腑辨证模型,能从数学模型角度,提升中医脏腑辨证治疗皮肤病的临床疗效。结论对中医依据脏腑辨证治疗皮肤病建立数学模型,有助于脏腑辨证论治理论的定量化研究,所建模型对其他疾病的脏腑辨证论治也有较好的价值。
Objective From the perspective of mathematical model,the general rule of dermatological physiology based on dialectical treatment is discussed in order to improve the efficacy of Chinese medicine in dialectical treatment of skin diseases. Methods First, according to the set pair analysis theory,regarding interval number as five-element connection number of contact component to establish mathematical model by using syndrome differentiation. Results With the help of the dialectical model based on set pair analysis,it can improve the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine viscera and dialectical treatment of skin diseases from the perspective of mathematical model. Conclusion The establishment of a mathematical model for the treatment of skin diseases by Chinese medicine based on the diagnosis of viscera is helpful to the quantitative research of the theory of visceral and dialectical treatment. The model is also of good value for the visceral and docile treatment of other diseases.
