基于复杂网络的中医治疗肺癌的处方推荐算法

摘要
目的肺癌是人类健康的一大隐患,本文的目的是探索中医药治疗肺癌的核心有效方的推荐算法。方法文章提出一种基于复杂网络的中医治疗肺癌的处方推荐算法PRCN,核心思想是确定治疗肺癌核心药物,根据核心药物来确定最有效的方剂。结果通过对名老中医治疗肺癌的1204个方剂进行数据挖掘,通过PRCN算法获取核心药物16味,获得推荐方剂36个。结论通过PRCN算法获得的名老中医治疗肺癌的核心的方剂的结果表明该算法具有理论正确性,可以为研究中医治疗肺癌提供一定的帮助。
Objective Lung cancer is a potential hidden danger of human health. The purpose of this paper is to explore the recommended algorithm for the core effective prescription of Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods This paper proposes a prescription recommendation algorithm PRCN for the treatment of lung cancer based on complex networks. The core idea is to determine the core drugs for the treatment of lung cancer, and to determine the most effective prescription according to the core drugs. Results Data mining was carried out on 1204 prescriptions of lung cancer treated by famous Chinese medicine practitioners. 16 kinds of core drugs were obtained by PRCN algorithm, and 36 recommended prescriptions were obtained. Conclusion The results of the core prescription of the old Chinese medicine practitioners for treating lung cancer obtained by the PRCN algorithm show that the algorithm has theoretical correctness and can provide some help for the study of Chinese medicine for treating lung cancer.
