摘要
本文采用层次分析法确定单井低产主控因素,并明确了关键地质参数的临界值,为增产有利区的优选提供依据。同时,认识到现有压裂工艺对构造煤、高应力等特殊储层条件适应性较差,以及压后未及时返排、生产时率低和排采管控差严重影响了煤层气井产量的提升。在此基础上,优选出适合增产改造的煤层气开发甜点区,有针对性的进行了井组耦合、二次压裂和水力震荡解堵等增产技术试验,措施有效率达到80%,平均单井增产60%以上,取得了较好的试验效果。
        In this paper, analytic hierarchy process is performed to determine main controlling factors in low-yield. The determination of critical value of important geological parameters can offer help for optimization of sweet spot area. Moreover, fracturing technology is not suitable for tectonic coal under high stress. No flowing back in time, low efficiency of production time and bad management have harmful effects on improving production of gas production. Through above study, it delineates?the favorable areas for production capacity-increasing retrofit and conduct stimulation technique tests, such as well pattern coupling, secondary fracturing and concussion for removing blocking-up. As a result, measure effective ratio finally reaches 80% and the yield of single well increases by 60%.
