摘要
针对催化裂化反应过程中再生后的催化剂活性降低及能量损失的问题,需定期通过小型加料系统给再生器补充催化剂,但催化剂含有杂质且在过滤过程中易堵塞过滤网,故需通过引进粉尘过滤系统对过滤网进行在线清洗以实现设备长周期运行。介绍了催化剂加料系统组成及工作流程,阐述粉尘过滤系统的硬件结构和控制方案设计、工作流程及效果,重点剖析空气储罐的控制流程,指出DCS上下位机的功能组态等可实现对装置的监控、参数的设定、设备的操作和关键参数的报警,解决了困扰加料系统的难题。粉尘过滤系统在催化剂加料系统中的设计与应用,可有效过滤催化剂、降低小型加料器的故障率及大幅提高加料装置的可靠度。
        Regarding to the decrease of catalyst activity and energy loss after regeneration of catalyst in catalytic cracking reaction process,the regenerator should be regularly replenished with fresh catalyst through a small charging system,but the catalyst had impurity,and filter was easy to be clogged in the filtration process,so the dust filtration system should be introduced to clean the filter net online,therefore,the long period operation of equipment could be realized.The composition and working process of catalyst charging system were introduced,and the hardware structure,control plan design,working process and effect of dust filtration system were demonstrated,the control process of air storage tank was focused,it was indicated that configuration of DCS upper and lower machine could realize the monitoring of equipment,setting of parameter,operation of equipment and alarming of key parameter,the problems of charging system could be solved.The design and application of dust filtration system in catalyst charging system could filter the catalyst effectively,and reduce the fault rate of small scale charging machine,and improve the reliability of charging system dramatically.
