金丝雀链球菌分离鉴定与耐药性检测

摘要
为确定大庆市某养殖户的金丝雀因呼吸困难死亡的病原及其耐药性,试验对死亡金丝雀进行病理解剖观察,并采集病料进行病原分离、染色镜检和生化试验、致病性试验以及药敏试验。结果表明:剖检显示皮下水肿,肺淤血水肿;病原分离确定为链球菌;药敏试验得到高度敏感药物为氧氟沙星,而阿米卡星、新霉素、链霉素、左氧沙星、庆大霉素对链球菌为中度敏感。送检的金丝雀确诊感染了马链球菌兽疫亚种,导致败血症死亡。本研究为该养殖户饲养金丝雀的死亡病因分析和防治提供了参考。
        In order to determine the cause of death of the canary in daqing city due to dyspnea,pathological anatomy, pathogen separation, microscopic observation, biochemical detection and drug sensitivity test were performed on the dead canary. The pathogen was isolated and identified as streptococcus. The drug sensitivity test showed that the highly sensitive drug was ofloxacin,while amikacin, neomycin, streptomycin and levofloxacin were moderately sensitive to streptococcus. The canary was confirmed dead from a streptococcus infection.This study provides a reference for the etiology analysis and prevention of canary death.
