摘要
为明确温度对黄斑长翅卷叶蛾生长发育及繁殖的影响,测定了5个恒温(19、22、25、28和31℃)条件下黄斑长翅卷叶蛾各虫态的发育历期、卵孵化率、存活率、产卵量、成虫寿命等指标,计算出各个虫态的发育起点温度和有效积温。结果表明:在19~31℃范围内,各虫态发育历期随着温度的升高而逐渐缩短。卵、幼虫、蛹、产卵前期和全世代的发育起点温度分别为(9.58±0.55)、(10.24±0.85)、(15.82±1.22)、(10.25±1.24)和(10.65±0.85)℃,有效积温分别为163.35、455.68、186.54、15.55和821.12 d·℃。在22、25和28℃下,该虫的产卵量、卵孵化率以及幼虫和蛹存活率明显高于其它温度,成虫寿命和产卵期随温度升高逐渐缩短。总体上,22~28℃是该虫较为理想的生长发育和繁殖温度范围,研究结果为开展黄斑长翅卷叶蛾预测预报和综合防控提供了参考依据。
        The aim of this study was to determine the effects of temperature on the growth, development, and reproduction of Acleris fimbriana Thunberg. The developmental period, hatchability of eggs, survival rate, oviposition, and longevity of A. fimbriana were investigated at a temperature gradient of 19 to 31 ℃(19,22,25,28 and 31 ℃), followed by the calculation of developmental threshold and effective accumulated temperatures. Within the constant temperature range of 19 to 31 ℃, the duration of various developmental stages of A. fimbriana shortened as the temperature increased gradually. The developmental threshold and effective accumulated temperatures of each life-history stage and one complete generation were(9.58±0.55),(10.24±0.85),(15.82±1.22),(10.25±1.24),(10.65±0.85) ℃ and 163.35, 455.68, 186.54, 15.55, 821.12 d·℃, respectively. The number of eggs laid, hatchability of eggs, and survival rate of the larval and pupal stages were higher at the temperature range of 22-28 ℃ than at other temperatures. The oviposition period and longevity of an adult decreased with increasing temperature. The optimum temperature for the growth, development, and reproduction of A. fimbriana ranged between 22 and 28 ℃. These findings provide valuable information for forecasting and integrated management of this economically important insect pest.
