良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者应用良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石联合钬激光剜除术的效果观察及对患者预后性生活质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨分析良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者应用良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石联合钬激光剜除术的效果观察及对患者预后性生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2016年9月在天门市第一人民医院诊治的86例良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者作为研究对象。按照随机分配的原则将其分为研究组和对照组,其中,对照组患者采用一般的电切手术进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合使用钬激光剜除术进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、围手术期情况以及手术对其预后性生活质量的影响。结果经过手术治疗后,研究组患者的治疗效果显著好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、拔除导尿管时间等围手术期情况明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的预后性生活质量显著好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者的临床治疗过程中,应用良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石联合钬激光剜除术的临床治疗效果较好,而且对于患者预后性生活质量的影响较小,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) combined with bladder calculi and holmium laser enucleation for patients with BPH combined with bladder calculi and the impact on the quality of sexual life. Methods 86 patients with BPH combined with bladder calculi in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group. The control group was treated by general surgery, on which basis the study group was given holmium laser enucleation. The treatment effect, perioperative indicators and the effect on the quality of sexual life were compared between the two groups. The time of operation, intraoperative blood loss and time to remove catheter in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P< 0.05). The quality of sexual life of patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P< 0.05). Conclusions The effect of benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with bladder calculi in combination of holmium laser enucleation is effective in treating patients with BPH and bladder calculi, with little impact on the quality of sexual life of patients, which is worth promotion in clinical.
