传统“人口红利”与“二次人口红利”内涵与理论辨析

摘要
在人口老龄化加剧、劳动供给结构变动的背景下,面对人口红利转折点并着力释放"二次人口红利",激发其对经济增长的作用,是研究二次人口红利的重点。随着对"二次人口红利"的内涵探讨和对经济增长作用机制的研究深入,日益成为学术界研究的重要方面。本文在归纳以往学者们对于传统"人口红利"和"二次人口红利"的研究基础上,对内涵和理论研究加以辨析。
Under the background of the aging population and the change of labor supply structure,facing the turning point of the demographic dividend,and striving to release the "secondary demographic dividend" to stimulate its role in economic growth,is the focus of the study of the secondary demographic dividend. With the further study of the connotation of "secondary demographic dividend" and the mechanism of economic growth,it has become an important aspect of academic research. On the basis of summing up the previous scholars' research on the traditional "demographic dividend" and "secondary demographic dividend",this paper discriminates the connotation and theoretical research.
