产业相关多样化和无关多样化对城镇化进程的影响

摘要
产业多样化可分解为产业相关多样化和无关多样化,是地区产业发展过程中的基本组织结构形态。基于"结构—行为—绩效"的分析范式,运用中国省级面板数据,借助空间计量模型,考察了产业相关多样化与无关多样化对城镇化的影响效应。结果显示:非农产业整体的多样化对城镇化的促进作用源自于非农产业的相关多样化,但分行业来看,具有一定的差异;工业的相关多样化对城镇化进程具有促进作用,工业的无关多样化对城镇化进程具有抑制作用,但整体来看,工业相关多样化占主导地位;服务业的多样化对城镇化具有显著的促进作用,但主要来自无关多样化。据此认为,在供给侧结构性改革的背景下,应通过优化工业和服务业的产业多样化组织结构,加快城镇化进程。
Industrial variety can be decomposed into related variety and unrelated variety,which is the basic organizational structure form in the process of regional industry development. This essay,based on the analysis paradigm of structure-behavior-performance,using the year provincial panel data from 2003 to 2013,emphatically investigate the effects of industry-related variety and industry-unrelated variety on urbanization by aid of the method of Spatial Econometric Model Estimation. It is found that: The promotion of the overall diversification of non-agricultural industries to urbanization originates come from non-agricultural industry related variety,but there are some differences in different industries; Related variety of industry promotes the process of urbanization,while unrelated variety of industry inhibits the process of urbanization, but on the whole,industry-related variety dominates; The variety of service industry has a significant role in promoting urbanization,but mainly comes from unrelated variety. Therefore,in the context of supply-side structural reform,the process of urbanization is speeded up by optimizing the industrial variety structure of industry and service industry.
