摘要
对某车型汽车座椅发泡海绵进行自然老化,研究海绵的挥发性有机物(VOC)随时间的变化情况,实验采用10 L袋子热脱附法测试一年内挥发性有机物的变化情况,结果表明,座椅海绵的苯系物从生产线取下一周内迅速挥发,此后挥发量维持在较低的水平。甲醛、丙酮、丙烯醛的挥发量一年内变化不大,而乙醛的挥发量则在第1 d后迅速增加,第366 d后达到第1 d的236倍。
        The natural aging of carpet assembly of a vehicle was studied, and the change of volatile organic compounds(VOC) of sponges with time was tested. The experiment used 10 L bag thermal desorption method to test the changes of volatile organic compounds in one year. The results showed that benzene compounds of seat sponges evaporated rapidly from the production line within a week. Thereafter volatilization remained at a low level. The volatilization of formaldehyde, acetone and acrolein did not change much in a year, but the volatilization of acetaldehyde increased rapidly after the first day, reaching 236 times of the first day after 366 days.
