摘要
采用天然染料大黄对涤纶进行染色。讨论了天然染料大黄的提取方式,研究了大黄染料用三种不同的染色方法对涤纶的可染性,并优化了染色工艺。结果表明,采用提取的天然染料大黄在各最佳染色工艺条件下,均可使涤纶获得较高的染色深度和优良的耐皂洗色牢度及耐摩擦色牢度。此外,还赋予织物一定的抗紫外线性能。
        The dyeing of polyester with natural dye Rhubarb is carried out. The extraction method of natural dye Rhubarb is discussed. The dyeability of polyester with extracted Rhubarb using three different dyeing methods is studied, and the dyeing process is optimized. The results show that polyester can obtain higher dyeing depth, excellent color fastnesses to soaping and rubbing under the optimum dyeing conditions of their respective dyeing methods. In addition, it can also endow the fabric with anti-ultraviolet property.
