井字形双列自动辊压封盖机的设计

摘要
自动包装生产线中自动封盖是一个重要的生产工位,其基本功能是将浮搁的桶盖和桶身密封严实。介绍一种特殊结构的井字形双列自动压盖机的设计。此种封盖机适用于双列连续输送方式的各种中型敞口塑料桶的封盖工作,具有结构简洁合理,占地面积小,易于维护,密封快速、严实,通用性强等特点。
Automatic capping in the automatic packaging production line is an important production station,its basic function is to seal the floating lid against the barrel body tightly. This paper introduced the design of a special structure of well-shaped doublerow automatic capping machine.This kind of capping machine is suitable for capping of various kinds of medium-sized open plastic barrels with double-row continuous conveying mode. It has the characteristics of simple and reasonable structure,small floor area,easy maintenance,fast and tight sealing and strong versatility.
