CPTPP正式生效后我国对外贸易面临的挑战及应对之策

摘要
CPTPP作为当前亚太区域首个自贸协定,具有高标准、高质量的特点,代表了未来全球贸易区域化、集团化的发展方向。对比WTO及以往任何一个区域性贸易体系,CPTPP加入了前所未有的新内容。CPTPP的建成改变了原有的世界贸易格局,标志着全球贸易规则即将重构,进一步促进国际贸易区域化和集团化的发展趋势。CPTPP的生效对中国的对外贸易势必带来一系列挑战,如商品出口优势、中韩自由贸易区和"区域全面经济伙伴关系协定"的构建、新贸易规则制订的话语权等。应对这些挑战,中国应该采取行之有效的措施,如与CPTPP成员国签订双边协议、加快构建自由贸易区、发展壮大自身经济而增加话语权、加入CPTPP协定等。
As the first free trade agreement in the Asia-Pacific region,CPTPP has the characteristics of high standard and high quality,which represents the development direction of regionalization and collectivization of global trade in the future.Compared with the WTO and any previous regional trading system,CPTPP has joined an unprecedented new content.The completion of the CPTPP has changed the original pattern of world trade and marked the imminent re-establishment of global trade rules.The entry into force of CPTPP is bound to bring a series of challenges to China's foreign trade,such as commodity export advantage,China-Korea free trade area and "region-wide".The construction of the economic partnership agreement,the right to speak of the new trade rules and so on.To meet these challenges,China should take effective measures,such as signing bilateral agreements with CPTPP members,speeding up the construction of a free trade area,expanding its own economy and increasing its voice,joining the CPTPP Agreement,and so on.
