摘要
临床药学是一门实用性非常强的学科。填鸭式的教学方法较少强调学以致用和在应用中学习知识,在课堂上仍以照本宣科为主,要求学生记忆和背诵知识点,此类教学方法会影响学生的学习热情与积极性。案例教学则是以临床真实案例为学习对象,通过组织学生讨论一系列的典型案例,提出解决问题的方案,从案例的学习过程中学生通过积极思考,主动寻求答案,学习相关知识点,从而更容易掌握相关的知识、理论和技能,也提高了他们解决临床实际问题的能力。为此,我们探索将案例教学法应用于临床药学的教学当中。本文以接受华法林抗凝治疗的患者为案例,通过对案例问题的解答,让学生逐步掌握抗凝相关的用药知识。
        Clinical pharmacy is a highly practical subject. Cramming has less emphasis on applying knowledge to practice, and students are required to memorize knowledge points, which influenced the students' study enthusiasm. Case analysis is a study of real clinical cases, which organizes students to discuss a series of typical cases and propose corresponding solutions to these problems. Students are more likely to master relevant knowledge, theories and skills by active these thinking, seeking answers, learning important knowledge points, and improving their ability to solve clinical problems. We explored the role of case analysis in clinical pharmacy teaching,in this study, a patient who received warfarin anticoagulation therapy. Through discussing the questions on the case, students mastered the knowledge of anticoagulant related medication.
