池晓玲论治丙申年非酒精性脂肪性肝病经验

摘要
池晓玲教授认为在非酒精性脂肪性肝病的病机中,肝失疏泄、脾失健运常为其根本,外候表现为痰瘀互结,提出了本病应以疏肝健脾、化痰祛瘀为基本治疗方法。又强调治疗该病的过程中需充分考虑天、地、人三者间相互交感,以丙申年为例结合五运六气的变动规律进行用药,治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病收获良效。
Professor CHI Xiaoling holds that liver stagnation and spleen deficiency are the most fundamental in the disease mechanism of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),usually manifesting as inter-binding of phlegm and stasis,and therefore the principle treatment should be soothing liver and invigorating spleen,resolving phlegm and removing stasis. She also emphasizes that during the treatment the interactions among the heaven,earth and human should be considered. For example,in the Bingshen year,the prescription should be based on the movement of five circuits and six qi,so as to obtain a satisfactory effect for NAFLD.
