基于数据挖掘针灸治疗产后癃闭选穴规律研究

摘要
目的:基于中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),探讨治疗产后癃闭的针灸处方选穴配伍规律,并获得新方。方法:收集并筛选中国知网期刊数据库中所有治疗产后癃闭的完整针灸处方,并逐一录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,分析处方穴位频次、关联规则、组方规律等。结果:筛选出符合要求的处方322首,整理文献中治疗产后癃闭的高频穴位10个、高频穴位组合9个、关联规则药物组合9个、衍化核心药物组合6个,挖掘新方3首。结论:采用高层次数据挖掘方法可优化文献中针灸治疗产后癃闭规律的学术挖掘与整理。同时,中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)的运用为针灸治疗产后癃闭提供了高效学术挖掘途径与方法,该系统新生成的穴位处方亦为临床治疗产后癃闭提供参考。
Objective:To analyze the principles of acupoints selection in the acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions for postpartum urinary retention based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) inheritance system(Version 2.5),and to find new prescriptions. Methods:Acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions for postpartum urinary retention from CNKI database were selected,and were input into the TCM inheritance support system. Data mining methods in the TCM inheritance system were carried out to analyze acupoints frequency,association rules,composing principles and so on. Results:Based on the analysis of 322 cases of acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions,there were 10 acupoints of high frequency,9 acupoint combinations of high frequency,9 medicinal combinations based on association rule,6 core medicinal combinations and 3 new acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions. Conclusions:Data mining tools with advanced method could facilitate the summarization of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for postpartum urinary retention from literature. TCM inheritance system(Version 2.5) could provide effective routes and methods for data mining of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for postpartum urinary retention,and the obtained acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions could provide reference for clinical treatment of postpartum urinary retention.
