柔性护理对急诊患者焦虑状况的临床疗效

摘要
目的探讨柔性护理对急诊患者焦虑状况的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1-12月江门市新会区中医院接受治疗的60例存在焦虑情绪的急诊患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用柔性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果两组患者在实施护理干预前SAS、HAMA评分均较高,实施护理干预后两组SAS、HAMA评分均明显下降,护理后观察组的SAS、HAMA评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊患者的治疗中采用柔性护理,能够更好地改善患者的焦虑情绪、提升临床综合治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of flexible nursing on anxiety of emergency patients.Methods 60 emergency patients with anxiety from January to December 2017 in Jiangmen Xinhui District TCM Hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases each.Routine nursing was used in the control group and flexible nursing was used in the observation group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The SAS and HAMA scores of the two groups were high before the implementation of nursing intervention.After the implementation of nursing intervention,the SAS and HAMA scores of the two groups were significantly decreased.After nursing,the SAS and HAMA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flexible nursing in the treatment of emergency patients can better improve the anxiety of patients and improve the effect of clinical comprehensive treatment.It is worth of clinical application.
