王清海温阳通脉法治疗动脉粥样硬化的经验

摘要
王清海教授对防治动脉粥样硬化有独特认识,将中医病名确定为"脉痹",并阐释了其阳气虚痰瘀的病机本质。王清海教授认为,脏腑阳气虚及痰瘀形成是动脉粥样硬化形成的病机关键。温阳通脉法是防治动脉粥样硬化的重要治法。其在多年临床实践基础上精选药物,创制了经验方"血脉疏通颗粒"用于动脉粥样硬化的防治,效果显著,王教授提倡动脉粥样硬化治疗上应着眼于"通脉",温补阳气、行气化痰、活血通脉是其"通脉"治疗的特色。
Professor WANG Qing-hai has an unique understanding of prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis. He identifies the TCM name of the disease as vessel bi and explains the essence of this disease is yang qi deficiency and phlegm stasis. Professor WANG Qing-hai believes that visceral yang qi deficiency and the formation of phlegm stasis are the key to the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis, therefore warming yang and promoting blood circulation method is an important method for prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic diseases. Based on his abundant experience, professor WANG creats a prescription named Xuemai Shutong Granules in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis with a good effect. Professor WANG advocates that the treatment of atherosclerosis should focus on promotion of blood circulation. Warming and enhancing yang-qi,activating qi and eliminating phlegm, and promoting blood circulation are three major therapeutic features of promotion of blood circulation methods.
