摘要

大数据的快速发展,得益于大数据资源被广泛地交易。大数据交易也带来了一些新的问题,其中主要是大数据交易安全风险。大数据交易主要通过网络,其所涉及的范围也将比普通交易更宽泛、更多元,风险会更大。我们已身处大数据环境之中,许多交易数据信息与我们自身息息相关,以至于每个个体都无法置身事外,当下能做的就是在现有的且可利用的资源下,制定出能有效保障大数据交易安全的法律规定。
        The rapid development of big data is due to the fact that big data resources are widely traded. Big data transactions have also brought about some new problems, mainly big data transaction security risks. Big data transactions are mainly through the Internet, and the scope involved will be broader and more pluralistic than ordinary transactions, and the risks will be greater. We are already in the big data environment, and many transaction data information is closely related to ourselves, so that no one can stay out of the game. What can be done now is to establish legal regulations with the existing and available resources, in order to efficiently protect data transaction security.
