“一带一路”倡议下跨境电商与跨境物流协同发展研究

摘要
以跨境电商与跨境物流协同发展为研究视角,考虑跨境电商与跨境物流协同评价指标体系,基于灰色关联度理论和复合系统协同度模型,构建了跨境电商与跨境物流协同度评价模型,对2009-2018年我国跨境电商与跨境物流的协同发展水平进行综合评价。研究发现,跨境电商与跨境物流的系统有序度呈现增长趋势,但是跨境电商发展速度快于跨境物流,二者的协同度呈现出一定的耦合度,但水平偏低。最后给出了促进跨境电商与跨境物流协同发展的策略建议。
This paper examined the collaborative development of cross-border e-commerce and logistics. First, considering the relevant evaluation index system, and based on the grey correlation theory and the compound system collaboration model, it built the evaluation index model, and applied it to the collaborative development situation of the cross-border e-commerce and logistics businesses in China between 2009 and 2018. The research found that the system orderliness of the two was on the rise, however cross-border e-commerce grew faster than cross-border logistics, and the two showed certain degree, albeit only rather low level, of coupling. At the end, some strategies and suggestions were given to promote the collaborative development of cross-border e-commerce and logistics.
