电磁轴承刚度与阻尼特性的非线性研究

摘要
刚度与阻尼特性是电磁轴承重要的性能指标。对电磁轴承刚度与阻尼特性进行了非线性研究,建立了储能飞轮转子系统径向电磁轴承的非线性模型,推导了非线性情况下电磁轴承刚度与阻尼的计算公式,分析了电磁轴承刚度与阻尼的非线性特性,以及控制因数对刚度与阻尼的影响。研究结果表明,增大比例因数,可以使电磁轴承的刚度减小,达到正刚度时的转子位移范围同时减小。通过研究同时确认,电磁轴承阻尼受控制因数的影响较小。
        Stiffness and damping characteristics are important performance indicators for the electromagnetic bearing. The nonlinearity of the stiffness and damping characteristics of the electromagnetic bearing was studied, and the nonlinear model of the radial electromagnetic bearing of the flywheel rotor system for energy storage was established. The calculation formulas of stiffness and damping of the electromagnetic bearing in nonlinear situation were derived. The nonlinear characteristics of stiffness and damping of the electromagnetic bearing and the influence of control factors on stiffness and damping were analyzed. The findings show that built-up of the scaling factor can reduce the stiffness of the electromagnetic bearing and the rotor displacement range will be reduced in the meantime as the positive stiffness is reached. It is confirmed by research that the damping of the electromagnetic bearing is less affected by the control factor.
