红蓝光治疗老年特应性皮炎的疗效观察

摘要
目的探讨特应性皮炎(特应性皮炎)实行红蓝光治疗的临床疗效。方法选择了2016年6月至2017年6月期间在我科治疗的60例特应性皮炎老年患者,将所选患者按照随机排列表法划分为观察组30例患者,对照组30例患者。对照组患者实行常规方案治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加上红蓝光治疗,对比两组治疗疗效及皮疹消失时间。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为93.33%显著高于对照组80.00%,观察组满意度为96.67%显著高于对照组的70.00%,观察组皮疹消失时间显著优于对照组,两组之间对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论特应性皮炎实行红蓝光治疗皮疹消失时间更短,患者满意度更高,治疗总有效率更好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atopic dermatitis(AD) in the treatment of red and blue light.Methods 60 AD patients who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected.The selected patients were divided into 30 patients in the observation group and 30 patients in the control group according to the random scheduling method.In the control group,the patients were treated with routine treatment,and the observation group added red and blue light to the control group.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of 93.33 in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,80.00 in the observation group,and the disappearance time of the rash in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.There were differences between the two groups(P& Lt; 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of red blue light therapy is remarkable.
