新时代党的建设总体布局的三重逻辑

习近平在党的十九大报告中提出了新时代党的建设的总体布局。新时代党的建设总体布局的形成,既是党的建设历史发展的必然选择,也是党的建设理论创新的内在要求,更是党的建设实践发展的客观需要,具有明显的历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑。新时代党的建设总体布局的历史逻辑,遵循着在不同历史时期由党建的不同地位和作用所决定的党建侧重点不同而形成相应布局。新时代党的建设总体布局的理论逻辑,既表现在纵向上对于马克思主义党建理论的继承、创新和发展,又表现为横向上党的建设总体布局中复杂的关系。新时代党的建设总体布局的实践逻辑,根据新时代伟大斗争、伟大事业、伟大梦想的实践问题、实践要求来展开。
At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xi Jinping put forward the overall layout of the party building in the new era. The formation of the overall layout of the party's construction in the new era is not only the inevitable choice for the development of the party's construction history, but also the inherent requirement of the party's construction theory innovation. It is also the objective need of the party's construction practice and development, and has obvious historical logic, theoretical logic and practical logic. The historical logic of the overall layout of the party's construction in the new era follows the different emphasis on Party Construction decided by the different positions and functions of the party's construction in different historical periods, and forms the corresponding layout.
