提升合成作战效能的对策建议

摘要
合成作战作为实战化侦查的最有效方法,多警协作在侦查重大案件中作用突出且不可替代,其中有成功经验,还存在诸多不完善和需要改进的问题,合成作战效能亟需破解和研究,从而创新打击犯罪新机制。立体化治安防控背景下,在总结合成作战的概况和实施原则、分析合成作战的功效和整体思路的基础上,重点探讨目前我国合成作战面临的主要问题和困境,并据此提出了加强现场事态控制能力、全面提升创新打击犯罪新机制等一系列切实可行的对策建议。
Joint operation is the most effective investigation measure. In the Big Case's investigation,multi-police cooperation is irreplaceable. However, multi-police cooperation which concludes failure and success needs improving. In order to innovate the new measure of crime solution, Joint operation should be discussed deeply and urgently. Under the background of constructing public security, the paper summarizes the joint operation's definition and principle. In the base of analyzing the effectiveness and system, the paper focuses on the problem and dilemma of joint operation, proposes the new mode of"image-to-subject" and the effective suggestion on combating crime.
