少数民族双语特色法律人才培养模式研究——以中南民族大学西部少数民族卓越法律人才实验班为例

摘要
少数民族地区双语法律人才的匮乏决定了特殊培养路径设立的必要,中南民族大学西部少数民族卓越法律人才实验班由此而建。针对少数民族双语法律人才培养的需要,西部实验班以多元培养为模式,以"契合特点"、"打牢基础"、"注重实际"、"多元教学"为方针,在三个年级开展实践性教育培养活动。当前,该培养模式已初显成效,但仍需完善。展望未来,更需从作风、专业、平台出发,打造少数民族双语法律人才的质量。
In regions inhabited by ethnic groups,bilingual legal talents are deficient.So it is necessary to open up special approach to cultivate talents.Under this circumstance,excellent legal talents experimental class for minorities in the west area is established in South-Central University for Nationalities.To meet the need of cultivating bilingual legal talents among minorities,the experimental class adopts the mode of diversified cultivation to conduct the practical education activities among three grades on the principle of corresponding to features,strengthening the foundation,emphasizing the practice and diversified instruction.Currently,this mode has produced a preliminary effect but still needs to improve.In future,the quality of bilingual legal talents among minorities should be promoted from the perspectives of style,major and platform.
