“合成作战”系统建设及运行机制探析

摘要
为了应对犯罪形势新变化,有效开展合成作战,以大连市公安局为例,介绍合成作战系统建设优势、建设模式和运行机制,重点分析了依托各公安机关、各警种合成作战,信息共享,高效快捷的改革创新模式。合成作战工作的建立和完善,已经成为立体化社会治安防控体系的一个重要支点。
In order to cope with the new changes in the criminal situation and effectively carry out synthetic combat,taking Dalian Public Security Bureau as an example,the author introduced the construction advantages,construction modes and operational mechanisms of synthetic combat systems,focused on the analysis of the efficient and swift reform and innovation model which relies on all public security organs,achieve the joint operations of various police types and information sharing,The establishment and improvement of synthetic combat work has become an important fulcrum for the three-dimensional social security prevention and control system.
