摘要
高质量教学的关键在于准确了解学生的学习情况,并据此进行精准和个性化教学。雨课堂的优势在于能够让老师及时、充分地了解学生的认知水平和难点,从而有针对性地设计教学和辅导,努力做到以生为本。文章以"大学生创新创业"课程为例,借鉴习近平总书记的精准扶贫思想,基于加德纳的多元智能理论和斯金纳的行为主义学习理论构建个性化和精准教学的标准,借此评估和发掘"雨课堂"的课前、课中和课后的个性化与精准化教学的功能,为精准教学提供一定的理论和实践借鉴。
        The key to high-quality teaching lies in accurately understanding the students' learning situation and carrying out accurate and personalized teaching accordingly. The advantage of rain class is that teachers can fully understand students' cognitive level and difficulties in time,so as to design teaching and guidance in a targeted way and strive to be student-oriented. Taking the course of"University Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship"as an example,this paper draws lessons from General Secretary Xi Jinping's idea of precise poverty alleviation,and constructs personalized and precise teaching standards based on Gardner's multiple intelligence theory and Skinner's behaviorism learning theory,so as to evaluate and explore the functions of personalized and precise teaching before,during and after the rain class,and provide certain theoretical and practical reference for precise teaching.
